FIELD TWP- North Woods senior Brynn Chosa received a rare individual honor on Monday, as she was named the Arrowhead Conference Female Athlete of the Year. Winners must be a three-sport athlete with notable accomplishments in each and must also meet scholarship and service criteria. This year, Chosa was a standout on the Grizzlies’ state volleyball tournament team, scored her 1,000th career point in basketball, and is a solid leader in the outfield for the softball team. The conference ranges in size from 11 to 14 schools for these sports, depending on which schools participate.
