White Bird at the Feeder
By colleen_l

This white bird has been coming to our neighborhood feeders on Daisy Bay since at least the end of December. It is very quick, and usually spends only about 3 seconds grabbing a sunflower seed, then retreats to the shelter of a nearby tree. We think it might be a white phase of a chickadee due to its size and behavior. Since there is some color on the wings, and black eyes I don't think it is an albino. Has anyone else seen similar birds in the area?
