I have concerns about the condition of the residential streets in Tower. It's obvious that they are in terrible shape and a real threat to citizen's vehicles. The horizontal and vertical cracks are getting wider, the manholes are heaving higher, the divots are getting deeper, the bumps are getting bumpier and this deterioration is only going to get worse over time. It's not going to fix itself.

My concerns are that there is no plan in place to fix the streets, there is no money available to fix them and there is no real time table in place as to when there might be a plan in place and money available to fix them.

I know money is hard to come by, but a creative solution must be found before Tower ends up with an unmanageable situation that a fix won't cure.
