I’m Mike Forsman, the current St. Louis County Commissioner for the 4th District. I’ve known Tom Rukavina for decades and believe he is more than qualified to be your 4th District St. Louis County Commissioner. I worked with Tom when he was State Representative and admired his commitment to the people that elected him and his tireless ambition to serve those he represents.
