Hansen cares about what makes this area great

We are voting for Bill Hansen in the DFL primary for District 3A on Sept. 29, because he is the one candidate who really cares about what makes this area great.

 Like a lot of people, we moved to this area because of its incredible natural beauty - the lakes and forests, the wildlife, living on the edge of the wilderness.  We could have moved anywhere in the country, but we chose to move here, and that’s why.  And whether you are a newcomer or an oldtimer, the great outdoors is what makes our area special and unique.  That’s what makes this area different from the many rural areas in this country that are stagnating.  The great outdoors is our ace in the hole and the key to our future.

 Bill Hansen is the only candidate who has pledged to protect our outdoor heritage.  As the lifelong owner of Sawbill Outfitters, he knows firsthand about the thousands of jobs in our area that are directly related to outdoors recreation.  He also has seen firsthand how many of his customers from elsewhere in the country have fallen in love with the area and moved their families here.  He knows it would be a disaster to destroy our greatest resource.
