Amazing how people who can not "afford" to take care of their animals properly, can somehow find the money for alcohol/cigarettes!!! ...I'm not just talking about Berg here... There are plenty of others!
Water could have been taken to those animals, the cages could have been cleaned...all that would have taken is time and effort! ... I guess that would have cut in to her bar time though!
