I heard about this picture form a friend, I have been doing paranormal research for about two years know. I would have to say that it does not appear to be a ghost. The tone of the so called head is to solid, there have been pictures captured that do have some of the same characteristics but, form first look it appears ot be something else. What that is I could not say with out being able to view the original photo and not one that has been uploaded.
