Thank you, Timberjay and Leah Rogne, for giving us citizens a timely heads-up on this Town Hall gathering last Saturday. When MN Senator Nathan Wesenberg (not from here and not our elected official) took charge of the Town Hall, it was very obvious he didn't come to listen to us. He and gun lobbyist Ben Dorr thought they owned the Town Hall . . . and all of us. The Senator even had the audacity to tell us, "If you don't like [my] facts, there's the door!" I came to hear from our Representative Roger Skraba and voice my opinions as he requested at the beginning. I said I wished our Representative had chosen less divisive issues for his first Town Hall meeting with constituents. I frequently held up my yellow sign, "Unite Us Together! Don't Divide Us Apart" which clearly upset the Senator.
