Let's migrate south to the Longville area where wolves have increased this last few decades. Deer populations are at least a 60-year low. Also, the winter index has been low most years.

Wolves are controlling deer populations, once deer numbers get so low, they can't rebound with abundant wolf populations. Just ask a calf moose. Whoops, the got eaten also.
