These are the downfall of many a business. The NABC is either a draw or it isn't. The permit was for the WRI.
The only reporting out of the Administrative Review was Dave Orrick's. He didn't report on any confusion of the DNR of the NABC being substituted by the DNR for the WRI in testimony. If he didn't report it how did all these people get turned off by it?
How many people in the world read his blog? How many people in the world even know there was a trial.
Nice try but the problem isn't the DNR's - it's the NABC's inability to draw customers. And it started last year.
