Wonder where the waste piles will be from Twin Mines,am I correct they will be right next to the City of Ely?
Also I don't believe in if one mine is allowed all have to be,they will have different impact on the area. I wish both sides would realize this.
Polymet may be the less impact of the bunch.
The rest could be disasterous,with area water being so infertile,any sulfate at all will plunge the pH level which now hovers around 6. Drop down to 5.5 and fish life will be effected.
Not much margin for error?
