Saw the piece tonight on WDIO-TV about the excesses of the Harbor Project. Didn't look good for the boosters of the project. $4M spent and not much to show for it. Tower folks are going to have to step up to the plate with millions of dollars in contributions or this project has failed. Sorry to say.
