Re: Missed local board of appeal and equalization meeting -Unprofessional of the town board. Perhaps they should attend some training rather than take all of their direction from the clerk.
Assessing went back to the county, for reasons too numerous to mention here. I believe it was sour grapes that kept the board and clerk away. They picked up their toys and went home.
Regarding replacing experienced fire department personnel with those with little to no experience- it is all about control. Our township leadership has become a joke.
Why do we need 5 board members when they all sound like parrots with exactly the same
opinion? Why not just have a king or queen?
Planning and zoning will get back to the county eventually. I have not heard a logical argument for keeping it except to give someone a part time job and keep a law firm busy.
