I've followed, and have been paying for this boondoggle from the beginning. We all know that if the vote were held in July it would not have passed. Why is Kim Johnson still employed? The same reason Greenwood is in denial about the serious mistakes made by our former assessor. Despite making many grievous errors, she was re-elected to her position as clerk. If they get rid of proven incompetent employees, it makes their handlers look bad.
