Well, what have I been telling readers for a while now? Former U.S. Steel managers, hired by PolyMet, should have seen this issue before it became news. But U.S. Steel, which has been accustomed to getting their way with both public agencies and politicians, prefer to test the boundaries of corporate responsibility. The Minntac plant, where these managers worked before, still has violations of permitting going back the 80's remaining unresolved. Now they think they can pull off their magic again, but today, the public is much more knowledgeable and there is much little room to hide. Let's see of the Iron Range delegation has the courage to call out this sweeping under the rug of this water flow issue.

This should have been handled before the EIS was issued and that way, it would not be a factor now. Another delay by arrogant management and the thing of it is, is the little people suffer.
