Me thinks the school district should have taken classes in economics and contract writing. Shameful decision by the judge. 100% transparency should be required of every entity getting our hard earned tax dollars, including ( and especially!) all contracts to the pass- through subcontractors. Corruption happens far too frequently when government at any level spends money. Secrets when spending 80 MILLION dollars should never be o.k.!
