This is certainly disappointing news. I know the Timberjay and Anfinson worked hard, prepared a good case, and I, as a former purchasing manager, felt the decision would favor the taxpayers. Those darn loopholes. Even as hard as we try, JCI can weasal it's way out of a sealed container...like a cockroach.
Now, to wait for the JCI Public Relations Agency (Cook News-Herald) to headline this decision. Oh how it hurts to pay more taxes and no longer have a school!
