Bay View has never had a long tradition of disturbing the peace, it is a recent intrusion. This chronic malcontent quit going to Bayview under the new ownership for more reasons than intrusive outdoor music. Because the current owner(s) have decided to annoy the neighbors rather than keep the peace, I shall continue my boycott and encourage others to do the same.
