Finally someone is making sense! A merger of Tower, Breitung and Greenwood is a long overdue solution to many issues. Greenwood has had trouble getting and keeping enough members to be viable for years. Sharing equipment, firefighters, EMTs, etc. would be a win for all residents, and perhaps eventually,some cost savings.
