Any gun the government has and uses should be available to the public under the initial intent of the second amendment.
I do not propose any restrictions on the first amendment as long as the second amendment remains unrestricted as well. Slap restrictions on the second amendment, then we'll try to slap restrictions on the first amendment.
I do not know where you can purchase a "Tommy" gun. Maybe Al Capone has some extended relatives down there in Arizona to help you with your search. Make sure you don't kill anybody with the "Tommy" unless it is self-protection. We already have enough nuts out there killing people. By the way, can you clear a background check?
