We have to admit it that Chip has worked hard for the future mining industry. I also have to admit that I have heard of him spending more time in his district than I ever remember Oberstar did. The true reason that Oberstar lost was that he lost touch with his district. He was an important man helping with transportation projects but other than that I never heard his name mentioned concerning local issues.
