Coast Guard meeting cancelled
The US Coast Guard-sponsored meeting set for Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Fortune Bay has been cancelled. The meeting was supposed to discuss new law enforcement efforts on a number of border area lakes, including Lake Vermilion.
Coast Guard officials say the meeting will be rescheduled for early December. Watch for future notices in the Timberjay or at timberjay.com.
